Shipping Policy


At Haus of Mosé, we prioritise quality, care, and transparency throughout the entire order process. To maintain our luxury standards, shipping begins only after the processing/production period is complete.



Processing & Production Times

Standard Products: 3–7 business days

Pre-Order Items: Up to 15 business days


If a specific launch, release, or designated ship date is announced for certain items, processing/production may take longer, and all orders containing those items will ship on or after the stated date—regardless of when the order was placed.



Shipping Origin


All orders are dispatched from Ireland (EU). Please review the guidelines below, as shipping rules, duties, and regulations may vary based on your destination.



Shipping Within Ireland & the EU

No import duties or customs fees apply for deliveries within the European Union.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout only reflect shipping time and do not include processing/production time.



Shipping to the UK

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees may apply.

These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs inspections may cause delays that are outside of our control.



Shipping to the USA, Canada & International Destinations

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Customs processing can extend delivery times, and delays caused by local authorities are not the responsibility of Haus of Mosé.



Courier Delays


Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the selected courier. While we work with reliable carriers, we are not liable for any courier-related delays, including:

Operational delays

Weather disruptions

Routing errors

Customs-related slowdowns

Missed delivery attempts


Any issues that occur after shipment must be resolved directly with the courier using your tracking information.



Order Dispatch & Tracking


After processing is complete and your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

A tracking number to monitor your package’s progress



Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed delivery attempts

Local customs refusals

All timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays in Ireland.
