What types of hair do you offer?

We offer a variety of high-quality hair types, including Premium Virgin and Raw Hair sourced from across South East Asia. Our wigs and extensions come in various styles such as straight, wavy, and curly to match your desired look.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from Ireland and only after the processing/production period, which takes 3–7 business days for standard products and up to 15 business days for pre-order items. If a specific release or ship date is announced, orders will dispatch on or after that date.

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days within Ireland and 3–5 working days from Ireland to the UK, depending on the courier. Shipping to countries outside of Ireland and the UK may take up to 10 working days and may be extended by customs processing times. International customers may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because hair extensions are hygiene-sensitive products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once they have been opened. For safety and hygiene reasons, all hair extension sales are final.

For products other than hair extensions, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. During this period, items may be returned for a refund provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How do I care for my Haus of Mosé Hair products?

To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

  • Wash gently: Use lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo; avoid rubbing or twisting.
  • Condition wisely: Apply lightweight conditioner to mid-lengths and ends; avoid roots or bonds.
  • Dry carefully: Pat extensions dry and air-dry whenever possible; low heat only if using a hairdryer.
  • Brush correctly: Detangle daily with a soft-bristle or loop brush, starting from the tips and working upward.
  • Store safely: Keep extensions dry, tangle-free, and in a clean, breathable container when not in use.

How long will my Haus of Mosé Hair last?

Raw Hair:

Our Raw hair is the highest-grade option and can last 3–5 years or longer with proper care. Its unprocessed nature allows it to maintain its strength, fullness, and natural texture over time.

Virgin Hair:

Virgin hair typically lasts 2-3 years, depending on styling habits and maintenance. With gentle care and minimal heat, it can maintain its softness, shine, and overall quality for an extended period.
